We will supply you with access to your domain files as required. We use sFTP only, and your IP must be whitelisted to access the server. If you would like access, please contact us.
Note – you will need to use PORT 22 to sFTP.

Security
If your site says “insecure” in the URL bar, you need an SSL certificate.
An SSL Certificate is small data files that digitally bind a cryptographic key to an organization’s details. When installed on a web server, it activates the padlock and the https protocol and allows secure connections from a web server to a browser.
They have become required by the major search engines. They will help with your SEO standing and they will show your customer you have their security in mind.
If an SSL Certificate is required, our pricing for the purchase and installation thereof is $149 for the first year, and then an additional $149 for each successive year/renewal.
